Kybella® is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment offered by our Medspa that targets and reduces submental fullness, commonly known as a double chin. This FDA-approved injectable treatment contains deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.
When administered by our practitioners, Kybella® works by selectively destroying fat cells in the treated area. The injection is carefully applied to the targeted fat beneath the chin, causing the destruction of fat cells without affecting the surrounding tissues.
